We highly encourage participants to have camera and microphone access to support group engagement discussions. Some presentations will have small breakout discussions where video/ voice engagement will be encouraged.
Tech Tips
Each presentation has its own individualized Webex link.
Accessing Sessions:
- After each presentation concludes, make sure to leave the Webex meeting fully.
- You must leave the previous presentation session before accessing the next session's presentation.
- If you are having access difficulty between presentation sessions, close out of Webex completely and re-open.
- The 10-minute breaks should allow enough time to fully close one presentation and join the next.
